Vancouver Corporate Yoga Teacher
I showed up for the karma class and it was empty, just the owner and my guest. I did my flow, she tested me during the sequences and I rocked it.
Afterwards she said it was like I had been teaching for years! Her feedback was invaluable. It has already been adopted into my teaching style.
All in all I feel accomplishment and some pride. On ward and upward!
