Blef's class was full! I'm not going to lie, I was nervous.
When I woke up this morning I started checking how many people were signing up. 11, 12, 14.. 16.... The weight began to set in that I was going to be directing a big room full of people to do yoga! So I started to work on my sequence a bit. I planned for a nice flowly creative vinyasa, but that did not go to plan since there was not much room left in the class.
I had a pencil written sequence filled with edits. Once I sat infront of so many people I threw the plan aside. I just winged 80% of it, even the theme, and the centering. It was an excellent first class.
