Bhakti is devotion or selflessness
Yesterday I had such a great feeling all day. I'm pretty sure it was because I was vibin g so high and being helping others. Also, I have been eating really clean for a few days. I think I can feel the difference already.
I practiced a lot today for a demo class I am going to do at Vancouver Corperate Yoga downtown on Burrard Street.
They want a 45 minute sequence without any downward dog, no sun salutations and it's strictly hatha, no vinyasa. I am up for the challenge.
